Kilkerran Heavily peated Batch 10 2024 57,8% 70cl

Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 10 is a combination of 90% bourbon casks, with 10% sherry casks. These casks combine with Kilkerran's sweet peat style to make for a delectable dram.

Kilkerran is made at Springbank's sister distillery Glengyle.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: A sweet introduction, there are notes of icingsugar, creme brulee and custard.

Palate: The peat smoke is soft and sweet, with notes of toasted marshmallow, typical of the Kilkerran Heavily Peated Range. Hints of gooseberries and parma violets develop over time.

Finish: The sweetness lingers on the finish, with orange pulp.
