A 2006-vintage island single malt from independent bottler Signatory Vintage, made at a mystery distillery on Orkney and matured in a single refill sherry butt for 15 years, before being bottled in June 2021 as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Tasting Notes:

This new release from Signatory Vintage is a sweet, light and malty dram, with hints of digestive biscuit, pears and sea-side saltiness. Heather-honey and a gentle spicy smoke comes through in the finish.
