Zacapa Edicion Negra is, like all the rums from the Guatemalan distillery, a soleraaged rum. Its particularity is that it has been aged in 4 different casks, one of which is made of oak and has been heated beforehand.

Tasting Notes : 

Appearance : A rich mahogany color

Nose: flavors of dried fruits and chocolate

Palate: A bold rum with wood, spice and smoky notes balanced with hints of chocolate and dried fruit.

Finish: The finish is lingering, showcasing perfectly the strength of this exceptional rum.
