The rum is a blend comprised of rums averaging 14 years of maturation in American oak. It spends an additional year in Tawny Port casks.

Tasting Notes : 

Appearance: Deep bronze, almost mahogany colour.

Nose: Banana fritters sizzling away in a pan. Milk chocolate truffle earthiness.

Palate: Tobacco and black pepper, with burnt sugar and blackcurrant keeping the balance.

Finish: Grilled mango, redcurrant, a splash of lime juice.
