Don Papa Baroko is made on the island of Negros, Philippines. It is distilled from molasses known locally as "black gold", the black gold quo comes from one of the many local mills on the island. It is then aged for several years in American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes : 

Appearance : amber colour

Nose: very sweet, orange and vanilla

Palate: soft, fluid and quite sweet.

Finish: very sweet, between strawberry, banana and orange in the form of sweets.
