This 12-year-old Doorly's rum is a blend of rums from the Foursquare distillery having aged under the tropical climate of Barbados. Blend of two distillates, still and column, it is characterized by an ageing mainly in Kentucky bourbon casks (90%) and in Madeira casks.

Tasting Notes : 

Appearance : amber

Nose: intensive flavours of tropical fruits and caramelized apples.

Palate: intensive, flavours of tobacco and oak with a high viscosity.

Finish: Warming and long lasting but not excessively sweet.
