J. Bally was one of the first distilleries in La Martinique to produce agricole rum from pure sugar cane. In 1917, company founder Jacques Bally had the idea of aging his rums in oak barrels. This slow aging gives the rums the fine flavors.

The J. Bally Rhum Vieux Agricole Martinique 7 Ans D'Âge matures in small French oak barrels for at least 7 years.

Tasting Notes : 

Appearance : Mahogany.

Nose: Spicy sweet, caramel, oak, allspice, notes of butterscotch, cloves, vanilla, tobacco.

Palate: Complex, balanced, fruity, notes of almond, marzipan, fruit.

Finish: Long lasting.
