This rum was made in Colombia and is Solera-aged rum aged for between 12 and 21 years in bourbon barrels. Pronounced 'etch-ee-seh-rah' , the name means 'enchantress' in Spanish.
Wonderfully pure, but also on ice and for mixing.
Tasting Notes :
Appearance : amber
Nose: Aromas of caramel and orange zest, spices, rich, marked by the cream of vanilla and dark chocolate.
Palate: Intense aromas of tobacco and roasted coffee, dark chocolate with spicy aspects. Bold burst of flavour on the palate with distinctive notes of tobacco and roasted coffee.
Finish: Sweet and smooth.
