This 11 year old Mortlach was created from a pair of finishing wine casks, selected by Hunter Laing for their Hepburn's Choice range.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Crispy raisins, figs and red tart fruits. Caramel

Palate: More charred meats, herbs, spices,

Finish: Dark chocolate, pastry and hint of citrus.
