To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Black Cask series, this special bottling is the result of a unique double aging process that gives the rum its great complexity, refinement and subtle toasted notes. 
After distillation in Barbados and Paraguay, the rums are aged for several years in their country of origin in 200-liter ex-bourbon casks. They then travel to South-West France, where they are aged a second time in small oak casks, heavily toasted and imparting delicate smoky notes. A delicious blend of rums from Barbados and Paraguay, with elegant notes of fruit and sweet spices.

Tasting Notes : 

Nose: Tropical fruit nuanced by spices, caramel, coconut, vanilla and hazelnut. Complex layers of frangipane, cinnamon, cocoa and gingerbread.

Palate: Round and fruity, a blend of sweet molasses and candied raspberry with marmalade and sweet spices.

Finish: lingering on sweet coffee, coconut, nutmeg, cinnamon, raisins and plum
