Mastiha Liqueur is a distinctive Greek spirit crafted from the resin of the mastic tree which is indigenous to the island of Chios. This resin, often referred to as "tears of Chios," is harvested by making small incisions in the tree's bark, allowing the sap to exude and harden into crystals over several weeks. The collected resin is then cleaned by hand and distilled with fine-quality alcohol in bronze alembic stills. After distillation, sugar and mineral water are added to achieve the final liqueur with an alcohol content of 30%

Palate: Lightly sweet with a refreshing blend of minty and pine flavors, complemented by earthy and balsamic undertones.
