Unchillfiltered, natural color.

Tasting Notes : 

Appearance: Pale gold to straw (if unaged or lightly aged)

⁠Nose: Fresh sugarcane juice, lime zest, green olives, white pepper, herbal and earthy notes

Palate: Intense and vibrant – notes of cane, vegetal freshness, citrus peel, peppery spices, and minerality. The high ABV gives structure and energy.

⁠Finish: Long, clean, grassy and spicy with a drying minerality
