The San-In is the blended whiskey range from Kurayoshi Distillery. The aging of The San-In in ex-bourbon casks gives it freshness as well as a fruity side. It is a whisky very rich in aroma.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Cinnamon

Nose: Vanilla, maple syrup.

Palate: Orange zest, lemongrass and vanilla. Soft and mellow palate with hints of biscuit.

Finish: Light aroma of vanilla and fruity notes of pear.
