In traditional Voodoo culture, Zaka is the god of peasantry and agriculture, often portrayed as a simple, generous man close to people. Aged in oak barrels for 18 months, this pure juice rum is a beautiful tribute to the cane.

Tasting Notes: 

Nose: Quince notes, clementine, guava, maple syrup

Palate: Very rich with papaya and sandalwood, hints of Tonka bean and caramel sprinkled with nutmeg.

Finish: Notes of almond syrup and guava, bitter orange peels.
