A really long aging in Bourbon oak barrels and French oak barrels give to this rum an exceptional creole flavor and a spicy aromatic palette.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance : dark amber with reddish reflections

Nose: rich with candied fruit : apricot, peach, cantaloupe, followed by notes of grilled almonds and caramel with buttered coffee and clove.

Palate: superb and enhances the nose : a broad, warm attack, admirably envelopes the palate.

Finish: Softness and its viscosity still accentuate the length in the mouth of this vintage.
