This rum from Peru was distilled in 2012 in column at Millonario. It was aged for 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels.

A finish of one year was then carried out in barrels of Sherry Oloroso.

This batch #5 was bottled in 2022

Tasting Notes : 

Appearance : Dark amber

Nose: Sweetish with notes of cocoa.

Palate: Hints of cooked fruit with vanilla and coffee notes.

Finish: Long with toasted accents and a hint of coffee
