This is a 14 year old Not-Scapa from the 2006 vintage matured in refill sherry wood, bottled by Signatory Vintage at 46% .

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Fruity and spicy beginning with apples and peaches. In addition, hay, malt and a floral note. Light toasted aromas. 

Palate: briefly sweet at the beginning, then quickly changing to bitter-spicy. Spicy with hints of light fruits.

Finish: Long, super clean finish with the wonderful heather and smoke notes.
