Milk en Honey Classic Single Malt 46% 70cl

Tel Aviv's Milk & Honey Distillery has released its very first single malt! Called the Classic expression, it was matured in bourbon and virgin oak casks

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Soft floral notes at first, enhanced by a subtle fruitiness and delicate sweetness There’s touches of oak shavings, but kept to a minimum.

Palate:  Medium bodied with spicy notes, a whiff of oak, some faint notes of orange peel and honey, and finally a touch of cough syrup.

Finish: Finally a whiff of apple. Short to medium in length.
