Small batch single island Philippines rum, made from molasses produced from Noble cane (the original species of cane). Column distilled & aged in American bourbon barrels for up to 7 years.
Tasting Notes :
Appearance : light amber
Nose: light and fruity
Palate: smooth and delicate. Vanilla, oak, honey, candied fruits
Finish: long, rich-textured

Matured in ex-bourbon casks for 12 years, this Old Pulteney malt was a Double Gold winner at the 2006 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Tasting Notes :
Appearance : deep amber with a slight pink hue.
Nose: crisp and clean. Great balance reveals notes of herbs and grist. Parsley, almond.
Palate: balanced with medium body. Musty, nutty, sultana, toffee, spices. Oak.
Finish: medium, oak, spices.
