Intense, but with clearly smoky notes: Fumée Volcanique.

The rum rested between 12 and 14 months in ex-Bourbon barrels, which Rhum J.Ms cooper burned out particularly heavily. Lime, sugar cane blossom, honey and anise are added to the strong smoke aroma.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: soft and captivating notes salted butter caramel and smoky notes, character of this white rum with lime, flower cane, honey and anise.

Palate:  very gently and volume, smoky notes, honey, anise, empireumáticas notes and a beautiful texture. 

Finish: Long finish with smoky notes.
