Swell de Spirits Private Garden #18 is a powerful and characterful single cask rum from Belize, distilled in 2008 at the renowned Travellers Liquors (Travellers Distillery). This exclusive release was carefully selected and bottled by Premium Spirits Belgium as part of the highly regarded Private Garden series, celebrated for its authenticity, terroir focus, and natural presentation.

After a long maturation, this Belize vintage was bottled at a bold 59.9% ABV. It is released without chill filtration, without added sugar, and without colouring, allowing the spirit and cask to speak for themselves. The result is an intense yet beautifully structured rum that showcases both distillery character and cask influence.

Tasting Notes : 

Appearance : Deep amber with rich copper hues

Nose: Expressive and layered, with aromas of dark molasses, ripe tropical fruits, vanilla, toasted oak, and subtle baking spices.

Palate: Full-bodied and powerful. Notes of caramelised sugar, dried fruits, cocoa, oak spice, and hints of leather unfold with impressive depth and concentration.

Finish: Long, warm, and complex, with lingering wood tones, sweet esters, and a refined spicy dryness
