Nordés gin is een Spaanse gin uit Galicië. Deze gin wordt gemaakt met Albariño wijndistillaat en vijftien botanische kruiden waaronder zeekraal, salie, kardemon,citroengras…. Deze Nordés gin heeft een uitermate uitgesproken parfum en is zowel zoet, als kruidig met toetsen van citrus.
Druif: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Streek: Nieuw – Zeeland, Central Otago
Stijl: Droge, complexe witte wijn.
Proefnotitie: Zeer elegante en frisse Sauvignon Blanc met toetsen van limoen en citroengras met een lange minerale finish en een mooie zuurtegraad. Prachtige wijn!

Tasting Notes :
Appearance : Crisp summer gold
Nose: Nutty, rich, damp earth. Almonds and hazelnuts, with appealing green-apple freshness aromas of lemon and grapefruit, lifted by cinnamon, nutmeg and toffee. Lovely and fresh.
Palate: Floral and spicy, with clean, bright fruit: green apples, pears, honeysuckle. There’s some spiciness in there, too – a little black pepper, a hint of clove and a touch of crème brûlée.
Finish: The spiciness hangs on, but the overriding character is fresh, clean fruit. Refreshing and lip-smacking
