Kilchoman 100% Islay 15th Edition (50% ABV) is a limited release from Kilchoman, one of the few fully independent distilleries on Islay, Scotland. It’s part of their unique "100% Islay" series, where every stage of production—from growing the barley to bottling the whisky—is done on-site at the farm distillery.

Elegant and farm-fresh Islay single malt. Peat is present but more restrained than in typical Kilchoman expressions. A true expression of terroir—Islay in a glass.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Pale gold  

Nose: Fresh malt, creamy vanilla, citrus, gentle peat smoke, and floral notes  

⁠Palate: Soft orchard fruit, honey, toasted oak, light spices, and balanced smoke  

⁠Finish: Long, clean, with sweet malt, subtle smoke, and salty sea breeze.

Barbancourt Rum Haiti 8 Years (43%) is a well-regarded aged agricole-style rum produced in Haiti by Distillerie Barbancourt, one of the oldest and most respected rum producers in the Caribbean (established in 1862).

Barbancourt 8 Year is elegant and refined, with the finesse of a good brandy or Cognac, thanks to the use of cane juice and the aging method.

Appearance: Rich amber gold

Nose: Aromas of vanilla, dried fruit, caramel, and hints of spice  

Palate: Smooth, medium-bodied with notes of oak, toffee, roasted nuts, and a touch of tropical fruit 

Finish: Long, warm and slightly dry with woody and spicy undertones

Ron Abuelo XV Años Tawny Cask Finish (40%) is a premium Panamanian rum from Varela Hermanos, the renowned distillery behind the Ron Abuelo brand. It’s part of their "Finish Collection", which includes rums aged 15 years and then finished in different types of wine or spirit casks.

A complex and luxurious sipping rum with a wine-cask influence, offering layers of fruit and depth — great for those who enjoy Cognac or Port.

Appearance:  Deep amber with reddish highlights
