S de Sorgin is the latest creation of Sabine and François Lurton, already creators of the first Sauvignon Blanc gin, Sorgin Classic. The winemaker's know-how boldly challenges the codes of gin.

Tasting Notes :

Appearance: The pale pink robe is underlined by slight violet reflections

Nose: fruity, marked by notes of exotic fruits (lychee, ripe banana) and citrus (lemon, orange peel). With aeration, spicy notes (black pepper) emerge.

Palate: creamy and full-bodied. 

Finish: indulgent and fruity, highlighted by touches of red fruits and fresh figs

This expression comes from Guyana's Diamond Distillery and was aged in a single cask from April 2011 to September 2020. A powerful profile that's sure to delight rum connoisseurs.

Nose: Licorice notes, brown sugar, sugarcane juice, mint, dark chocolate, and black pepper.

Palate: Sugarcane juice, licorice, brown sugar, dark chocolate, and mint.

Finish: Persistent finish with licorice, dark chocolate, and mint on a bed of brown sugar

Palate: Earthy peat on the palate, sea salt and vanilla custard.

Finish: Salted chocolate and lemon citrus.
