S de Sorgin is the latest creation of Sabine and François Lurton, already creators of the first Sauvignon Blanc gin, Sorgin Classic. The winemaker's know-how boldly challenges the codes of gin.
Tasting Notes :
Appearance: The pale pink robe is underlined by slight violet reflections
Nose: fruity, marked by notes of exotic fruits (lychee, ripe banana) and citrus (lemon, orange peel). With aeration, spicy notes (black pepper) emerge.
Palate: creamy and full-bodied.
Finish: indulgent and fruity, highlighted by touches of red fruits and fresh figs
